Terms and Conditions



Deposit: A deposit of £15 or 25% (which ever is greater, max £40) is required for all bookings when asked. I am unable to pencil anyone in without a deposit or provisionally book dates. Deposits can be paid via bank transfer.

Cancellation and Amendments: If you need to cancel your booking please do so as soon as possible. If the stay is cancelled within 6 weeks of the arrival date then only a £15 deposit will be lost. If you have paid more than a £15 deposit then the difference will be refunded. Cancellations after this 6 week period will loose the full deposit that was paid. Those who continuously cancel bookings or drastically shorten stays will no longer be welcome.

If you shorten your allotted stay with less than 4 weeks notice you may still be liable to pay the full amount.

If you wish to extend the stay and we can accommodate the extra period in the same accommodation, payment will be required on your return. If you do not collect your pet on the agreed day without prior arrangement then you will be charged double daily rate for any overdue days.

Property: You are welcome to bring anything you wish during your pets stay (within reason, no large wooden "dog kennels"). I can not take any responsibility for any items that are left behind or damaged.

Vaccinations: Rabbits need to be fully vaccinated during their stay and proof sent prior to the stay. If you cant provide valid proof from a vet that your rabbit is vaccinated then the stay will be cancelled and any money paid will not be refunded. Only vet certificates and vet receipts are a valid form of proof.

Drop off and Pick up: Please adhere to my opening times on the main page. All drop off and collection times are by appointment only (15 min slots). Opening times can be found on the main page.

Non-collection : If pet/s are not collected within 7 days of agreed date and we have not heard from you, I will assume you have abandoned your pet/s and will commence legal proceedings to recover continuing boarding costs. If after 14 days I am still unable to contact you, I reserve the right to have your pet re-homed. There is a £20 per day charge for rabbits that are not collected.

Shared Hutches: Rabbits or Guinea Pigs sharing a hutch which show any signs of aggression will be separated for the safety and well-being of all pets. Owners of pets requiring separation will be liable for the additional boarding costs. I will endeavor to keep companions together but if fighting and injuries occur I have to put your pets safety and well-being first. I will only board bonded pets from the same home together.

Grass Runs: Permission is now required for rabbits to access the grass runs, this is found on the booking form. Rabbits that actively look to escape by digging or chewing will unfortunately not be able to use the runs for the remainder of the stay. Access to the runs is weather permitting and owners are highly advised to worm their rabbits prior to coming to help lessen the risk of catching EC. Any rabbits with a history of EC will not be allowed access to the runs.

Illness or Injury: If your pet falls ill while staying with us, then I will contact you immediately if time allows. I will rush them directly to the vet and contact you as soon as we can thereafter. In leaving your pets in my care you will have electronically signed an agreement for complete reimbursable of any bills. You are required to settle this amount by collection time of your bunnies. I do not charge for my time - I just care about your pet. 

If on the extremely rare occasion your rabbit injures itself or becomes ill while staying then I can not be held responsible.

Holidays: I am closed for Xmas Day, Boxing day and new years day for drop offs and collections.
